You must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in order to use the website. They are for your protection and outline our obligations to you, the client. Customers may elect to register their billing details with Glenyville, this allows for a faster process when you order next time.
Please note Glenyville does not store credit card details. Customers will be required to re-enter this information for each new order.
Shipping Methods and Fees
All orders will be shipped via Toll service.
Standard shipping with Toll is a flat rate of AU$16.50 per order, except where free shipping is advertised on www.gvjewellery.com
Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of AU$25.
International orders will be shipped via DHL Express at a flat rate of AU$60.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
METRO AREAS (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart): 1 – 2 business days.
NON-METRO AREAS: 1 – 3 business days.
Toll shipping is overnight, however, please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders leave next business day.
Please note that whilst all care is taken to ensure your purchase is delivered to you as promptly as possible, all parcels are shipped by Toll, and may be subject to delays in their peak periods or when shipping to certain regional areas.
Please allow up to 5 extra days during sale periods.
INTERNATIONAL: 2 – 4 business days.
Please note that international shipping times are dependent on location but generally will be received within 4 business days.
Multiple Shipments
All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact Glenyville on [email protected] 0417 159 141 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.
Stock Availablility
Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.
Delivery of Your Goods Within Australia
All parcels require someone to sign for them upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the goods, you will be required to rearrange delivery time via Toll to collect and sign for your order. Or visit your nearest Toll location.
To ensure fast delivery of your goods and avoid delays. It is preferable (where possible) to use a business address where someone is available to sign for items at any time.
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Glenyville is not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your “authority to leave” or not signed for by someone at your premises.
Toll and DHL post parcels may or may not be left at an unattended site depending on the service. Glenyville takes no responsibility for goods left at an unattended site.
International Deliveries (Incl New Zealand)
Glenyville ships internationally. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] or 0417 159 141.
Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of AU$25. We will contact you to advise a shipping cost if applicable for other items.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Credit Cards
Glenyville accept Visa, Mastercard, and direct debit cards via secure online facility.
If a credit card has been declined at the time of entry Glenyville will not receive any notification of the order having being placed.
Please note that we do not store credit card details. Registered customers will be required to re-enter these for each new transaction.
In some instances, to protect you from Credit card fraud Glenyville may require further verification information to be provided. A staff member will be in contact with you should this be required. Examples include but are not limited to, multiple declining of card for an order, delivery address unable to be verified, high valued items.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item purchased online you can return it for an exchange. You must notify Glenyville within 30 days of intent to return goods, by contacting us at [email protected] or 0417 159 141. We will provide you with shipping addresses and exchange details. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging). You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind on goods purchased, but will happily provide an exchange. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange to be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on change of mind exchanges.
Faulty Goods
Whilst every attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact Glenyville within 48 hours to advise us of damaged goods. All Glenyville products are covered for manufacturing faults by a 6 month international warranty. Should your Glenyville product present a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us at [email protected] or on 0417 159 141. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.
Sale Items
Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.

General Conditions
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. We will contact you as soon as practical should we be unable to fulfil your order.
Glenyville may limit the number of items supplied per customer at our discretion.
Glenyville, its representatives and associated agents are not liable to you or any other for any loss in connection with the use of this Website or a Linked Web Site. This general disclaimer is not restricted or modified by any of the following specific warnings and disclaimers.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from Glenyville’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by Genyville with respect to that use.

Glenyville own and reserve all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright in the Online Shop and the Content and or any services provided by this Online Shop.
